Schreckliche Neuigkeiten aus dem Umfeld von Anti-Flag. Die Schwester von Chris #2 und ihr Ehemann sind vor kurzem Opfer eines Gewaltverbrechens geworden und wurden umgebracht. Ein Statement von Chris #2 findet ihr in den Kommentaren. Unser Mitgefühl gilt den Angehörigen und der Band.Hawthorne Heights haben trotz allen juristischen Querelen mit ihrem alten Label Victory mit den Arbeiten an einem neuen Album begonnen. Bisher seien 21 Songs geschrieben.
Am 08. Mai wird über Kill Rockstars ein Raritätenalbum von Elliott Smith veröffentlicht. Die Tracklist zu New Moon findet ihr in den Kommentaren. Bei der Zusammenstellung handelt es sich übrigens nur um B-Seiten aus den Jahren 1995 bis 1997
Auf ihrer neu designten MySpace-< Seite > haben The Bled den bisher unbekannten Track His First Crush zum Anhören bereit gestellt.Ebenfalls in den Kommentaren: Die Tracklist zum neuen Album von Shadows Fall. Threads Of Life erscheint am 03. April über Atlantic Records.
Auch Sum 41 werden in diesem Jahr den Nachfolger von Chuck veröffentlichen. Die Aufnahmen sind schon beendet und die Songs werden nun erstmal gemixt.
Himmel hilf! Ende Mai erscheint mit The Awakening schon das nächste Album von Caliban. Vorher geht's aber noch auf große Darkness over Europe-Tour. Termine in den Kommentaren.Und morgen ab 16.20 Uhr gibt es bei MTV TRL die Videopremiere zum neuen Beatsteaks-Schunkelsong .Jane Became Insane.

| "Thank you all for the kind words. Thank you to everyone surrounding us on the last tour for their help. I want to specifically thank my three brothers in Anti-Flag and everyone in our crew for helping me and dropping everything to get me home and with my family immediately. For those not completely in the know, my sister and her boyfriend were murdered a few days ago. Of all the people I know my sister was the most proud of our band. If you live in the Pittsburgh area you may have met her, it was not uncommon for her to strike up a conversation with anyone wearing an Anti-Flag pin, patch, or t-shirt. She was anxious to meet anyone who was a member of the community. My sister had two beautiful children, who I'm sure will be just as curious and just as loving. I am extremely looking forward to the "war sucks, let's party" tour for multiple reasons, being in the company good friends (yourselves included) and I've found the more things I do, the better I feel.
